The Site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by oocandles.com and O&O Candle Co. mark and other marks appearing at this site are the trademarks of oocandles.com and O&O Candle Co. , its vendors and or suppliers.
Minors & Family Members
oocandles.com does not knowingly market to or knowingly solicit information from minors. Minors are ineligible to use our services, and we do not want minors to submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you can use this service only under the supervision of your parents or guardians. If a minor makes a purchase with their parent’s credit card without authorization, oocandles.com is not responsible for any refunds or returns. If a family member makes a purchase without the credit card holder's authorization, oocandles.com is not responsible for any refunds or returns. The cardholder will have to dispute the charge with the family member who placed the order.

Changes in Terms & Conditions
O&O Candle Co. reserves the right to amend and revise the Terms & Conditions policies. Once these updated policies are posted to the oocandles.com site, these revised terms will be in effect. We encourage you to check back periodically, if you are concerned about changes to our policies.
International Customers
Duties Taxes and Tariffs:
Please note that international customers are responsible for paying all relevant duties and taxes.
Returns:
We offer returns on unopened items (in their original boxing) as well as for items that were damaged upon arrival. (with proof).
Exchanges:
We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. If you need to exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order for your desired product.
Refunds:
Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes, tariffs or shipping charges. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns on international orders.
Once your return is received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent to notify you that the returned item has been processed - and will include a refund approval status.
If you are approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations, 2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (Israel)
Sales Tax
oocandles.com collects sales tax on all domestic orders (shipped within the state of Israel.) Sales tax is calculated, based upon local laws. There is no tax collected on international orders or for orders shipped outside of the state of Israel.
Internet Fraud
To protect our customers from Internet fraud, oocandles.com reserves the right to refuse to ship orders submitted with untraceable or free email addresses or invalid phone numbers.

O&O Candle Co. reserves the right to use any such communications in any manner, including reproducing, disclosing, and publishing them without compensation to you. Your direct correspondence with oocandles.com signifies your approval to use your communications in any manner previously referenced. We read every email and do our best to respond within 48 hours.
